...Assembly.
Because those cunts are directly responsible for this exchange I had today.
"WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR MY INHALER WHEN IT'S FREE?"
Let's think about that for a moment.
Serevent inhalers cost about £30 a pop. The packaging costs money. The raw materials cost money. The plastic the inhaler is made out of costs money. The factory it was made in has heating and lighting bills to pay. The poor sod of a doctor who had to speak to you and prescribe for you does not work out of the goodness of his heart. Neither do I.
Funny how it doesn't become an emergency when I tell you the trade price, isn't it?

links fucked, in summary biggest internet libel payout
....Ms Addy said that cases involving internet libel were growing because “people often have no idea of the legal implications of putting things up online. They think – falsely – that they can hide their identities and say things they wouldn’t say if they had to put their name on it
i believe it's not libel if it's true!
and that's if you give it him at trade without making a bit of profit!
Happens a lot on Saturdays. If the patient is polite I might let them have an emergency supply without charging (assuming it is only a couple of quid). Like you say, as soon as you mention payment you get the old "Oh, I am on Income Support, am an OAP,etc." crap)
Emergencies do happen but the surgery being closed on a Saturday (as it has been since 2004) doesn't mean I should give you free Avandia.
Well, not unless you are drop-deag gorgeous with a nice cleavage.
I jest.....
